1. All Ticket Sales Are Final

A change to the advertised programme, including artist or performance changes, does not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

7. Refusal of Entry or Removal From the Event

No refund will be issued if entry is refused or if an attendee is removed from the event due to:

  • Possession of prohibited items or illegal substances
  • Aggressive, dangerous or disruptive behaviour
  • Providing invalid or fraudulent identification or tickets
  • Being under the legal age required for entry
  • Any other breach of the event’s terms and conditions

8. Ticket Transfers and Resale

Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain or used for unauthorised promotions or competitions without written permission from the event organisers.

Unauthorised resale may result in the ticket being cancelled without a refund.
