All Bottoms Up NYE tickets purchased online are digital tickets. No physical tickets will be shipped or delivered by courier.

Once your purchase has been successfully completed, your ticket or booking confirmation will be delivered electronically using the details provided during checkout.

2. Ticket Confirmation

After successful payment, you may receive:

  • A confirmation email
  • A digital ticket or e-ticket
  • A booking reference or order number
  • Additional event information where applicable

3. No Physical Shipping

As Bottoms Up NYE tickets are issued electronically, no shipping fees or delivery charges apply.

Tickets will not be posted, couriered or physically delivered.

Please check your inbox, spam or junk folder if you do not receive your ticket confirmation.

If your ticket is not received within a reasonable time after successful payment, please contact the Bottoms Up NYE team and provide your:

  • Email address used during purchase
  • Order or booking reference
  • Proof of payment, where required

5. Ticket Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to keep their digital ticket, booking confirmation or ticket reference secure.

Please do not share your ticket barcode, QR code or booking information with unauthorised persons. Bottoms Up NYE cannot guarantee entry where a ticket has been duplicated, copied, transferred without authorisation or fraudulently used.
